Here is a series of map links and/or route descriptions for crazy half-cocked schemes anyone has thought up. These are NOT finished or finely-tuned route ideas - those should instead be sent to the routes action group.

  • Southern bay loop - this is nuts, 43mi, circling among Fremont/Santa Clara/Palo Alto using the Dumbarton bridge.
  • Calero Reservoir/Bailey Rd loop - nice rolling hills through Almaden and Coyote Valleys!
  • To San Francisco - Day ride? Enough said.
